Load-based Content Allocation Scheme for Realizing Efficient Mobile Cooperative Cache

Owing to the rise in mobile users accessing high-quality video content, content delivery networks are under increased load. Therefore, a distributed cooperative caching technique, which each device functions as cache server and shares through device-to-device communication has been proposed alleviate network However, efficient placement on devices is challenging, because capacity of limited did not remain at fixed location. In this study, we propose load-based allocation (LBCA) method that efficiently distributes data based load base station (BS). The scheme uses scalable coding (SVC) subdivides hierarchically dynamically selects quality depending Additionally, multi-stage LBCA (M-LBCA) divides BS distribution area into concentric clusters manage for SVC while considering distance from BS. Simulations demonstrated decrease total number unable continually view congested when using M-LBCA compared existing four evaluation environments. our experiments demonstrate control improved user’s experience.
